Moni got the attention of the British public when he appeared on the hit TV singing competition The Voice. He wowed all 4 judges, who fought for him to be on their respected team. Moni ended up in Team Will.I.Am! Click HERE to see his performance on The Voice..

Previously to The Voice, Moni was runner-up in the BBC’s ‘The One And Only’ show. Moni took part as a Lionel Richie look-a-like-sound-a-like to great acclaim. For Moni, achieving the ‘Lionel look’ is a big part of his performance. He got to meet the real Lionel Richie soon after, appearing with him on Graham Norton’s live Saturday night show ‘Totally Saturday’.

Moni: “Having been in the music business for many years, I’ve experienced many amazing moments, from singing with Stevie wonders band and meeting Lionel, to joining Andrea Bocelli on stage in Capri. I’ve sung backing vocals for Emeli Sande, Shalamar, Alexander O’Neal and many more. I’m blessed and lucky to do what I love, and as long as I can bring joy to people through music and performance I will always continue to do so!”.
